This position will entail promotion of our company¡¯s PVD coating services across a wide variety of tooling and component applications. While the generation of new accounts is the primary goal, the servicing of existing accounts will also be critical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform prospecting in designated areas for future business
Develop new business by working with engineering and production managers, as needed
Maintain relevant customer information
Develop and lead the investigation and analysis of new business opportunities
Liaise between customer and company in order to set and maintain productivity and quality standards
Provide good record keeping and communication skills
Travel will be required: both daily and overnight

|Requirements:||:||Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Business or Engineering; equivalent experience (Ex. ¨C Toolmaker) may substitute
Minimum of 3 years of experience selling in a manufacturing services or industrial capacity
A basic comprehension of relevant surface treatments (PVD) is a plus
An understanding of basic manufacturing processes (metal cutting, stamping/forming, pressure die casting, semiconductor etc.) is a plus
A general knowledge of different tooling substrates (tool steels, HSS, carbides, stainless steels, etc.) is a plus
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office is required
Effective verbal/writing skills, as well as strong presentation skills, are required
A disciplined approach to organising sales efforts and effectively work without direct supervision
Must be at least 18 years or older
